This model has been adopted by NDUK because it provides a robust structure from which to start supporting couples, whether at the start of a journey together or whether you have been together for many years.

The assessment for Prepare/Enrich is a reflective process to aid focus on your lives as a couple. It will provide information which helps to focus on key areas that help couples understand both each other, and importantly you as individuals too.
